Losing that stubborn 10

OK I have 10 pounds I want to lose. I feel i'll be at my ideal weight then, so this week, starting with yesterday I am keeping a food journal. Hopefully it will help me cut down on the unneccasary tidbits like the bag of chips I got with my otherwise "healthy" turkey, tomato and black olive wrap at subway for lunch today. Cool ranch doritos are my downfall, but I have been successful at staying away from fast food hamburgers and any type of candy bars for awhile. (it was a long journey for Reese cups and I to finally say goodbye....hopefully I can resist taking them back)
Question is, what are some low carb, low-calorie to negative calorie, easily burned things you can eat whenever you have those false hunger pangs mid-day? Other than fruit and salad... I just dont feel satisfied eating that allll the time.... I feel kind of weak and light-headed actually when I eat too much of that type of food.
Any ideas? I did see the nut idea before in the other post... too much calories tho?
I am also working out (goal is 4 days a week) but I have slumped on it the past week and a half (after over a month of doing consistently well). This is mostly because of my work hours conflicting with gym hours.. but I still feel bad! They are only open till 8pm M-F and till 4 Saturday.. and I can work as late as 9ish some nights. I usually do some weights to tone for 15-20 mins and run/walk (interchanging) for 20mins to 40 mins. This is the stubborn weight I know is hard to lose... right now, I am at a weight considered good for my height but it rocks back and forth (can change literally overnight!.. dont know why) from 127-130... goal is about 120. I am pretty short, about 5'3" so this is pretty decent goal I think.
Any help is much appreciated.

A food journal is a wonderful way to keep track of all those little things that you didn't realize you were picking up and eating! Make sure and keep track of your portion sizes on there too.
I like baby carrots, they are filling and have great bite and good too. I eat fruits for snacks a lot. Natural fiber type foods are excellent for you and help you on your weight loss journey. They are very plentiful this time of year too. Maybe just pick up your very favorites and enjoy one a day for sure in the afternoons.
Your weight loss goal is about perfect for your height. You must have been reading the charts somewhere!
I'm working on my diet too, lost 2 pounds last week, and 4 this week, so far so good! But I am a definate fruit eater, I love it! So whenever I want something, I grab some fruit and I'm happy for a couple hours.
