Well now that I have a little more time on my hands, I've decided to get into better shape.  That and the fact that I will have to go for my yearly dr's appt in about three months and don't want to get lectured again on my lack of fitness.  So, I've been on the eliptical bike 45min/day, haven't had any junk food (well I did have a Wendy's burger yesterday adn a frosty, but that's my only slip...and then I had a really little dinner) and I'm joining yoga.  haha...I think it will be good amusement for anyoen else in the class to watch me attempt yoga.  So far the bike and lack of yummy food is doing well, 13lbs since the 21st.  I know it will level off now, but that's still a nice way to start.

No, never tried it... My daughter came back from California with some new yoga moves my sister taught her that she promised to show me... she claims they feel great, so I bet you'll like it.
Good for you for doing something for yourself! I bet you feel better already! Keep up the good work!

I did yoga for many years after my accident.... it was great for strengthening and relaxation..... I loved it... wish I had more time for it now but with school and work and teaching and dogs I barely have time to breathe.
have fun

well, had my first yoga class and I loved it!  Very relaxing, but you can also tell that you are working those muscles hard!  We'll see how I feel tomorrow... Tongue
