Your post showed glowing and moving and all kinds of effects going on.
Now..why it doesn't show it for you is beyond me..but it did work.

The server finally dumped the DNS (which will mean nothing to you guys... well, except maybe Joe) and I can finally access this from home! Good grief, I have been going crazy!

Ok then.... glowing must mean it looks just like the regular text then!
That solves that! We just didn't know what glowing looked liked! Now we know!
