I only managed the one day *sob* but I have cut down.
I've started on roll ups cos I dont smoke half as many  Shocked I'll get there just need the will power which is eluding me!
I get the most god awful mood swings urghhh - tried patches I come out in a rash, tried the gum Blurghhhhh Oh what is that stuff, talk about burning your gums YUCK!! So it's down to will power alone eeeek!!
oh and half a dozen packets of jelly babies a day  Roll Eyes

the mood swings will stop i promise!! but you`re still teasing your body with nicotine....cold turkey friend, YOU CAN DO IT!!

s'o.k., I'm getting gosh awful mood swings....tense and wanna twist ppl's heads off......only happens one week a month, but Lordy what a week!!!!  Must be those over 40 hormones or something, never use to get like this Angry Angry Huh?

Apparently Vit B helps...not sure if it is B6, B12 or Bmulti.  I started taking B6 to help with stress, and it does work, I'm in a much better mood now!

How bouts you clue me in??  I have no idea but I'm tellin' ya, little sounds even bug me when I'm like that.  Say the kids are whistling...Grrrrrrrrr....I have NO tolerance when it happens...you too??  I mean, I KNOW I'm not rationale, but GOD HELP the man who TELLS me I'm not rationale....what's up with this?Huh?  Even ppl in line at the grocery store make me want to growl.
